this is wrong. Win ten has some special way to reboot to bios simply you need to be in win10 before you tin can detect that hidden switch.

What is the Brand / Model of your reckoner?

Wait at the lesser left of your screen immediately later pressing the power on button, it will say

Printing F2 to enter setup - most popular selection

or

Press Esc to enter setup

or

Press Del to enter setup

or some other central, immediately press the central to enter BIOS Setup

BIOS loads before Windows, it is not part of Windows - information technology loads hardware settings before Windows loads!
