    A while ago, I burned an ISO disc for another computer. Now I have this icon on my desktop that I can't delete considering "....this file is open up in Organisation" I hope this makes sense. My OS is win x. My laptop is an HP Spectre. Thanks.

    I would advise that you try the methods listed in this post;

    I did run the sfc scan and everything was OK.. I'm a little hesitant in doing the other suggestions because information technology's all foreign to me and I don't want to mess up the computer. The calculator is running fine except for this iso file. Is there anything that is simpler to exercise?

    Using Safety Mode, as recommended as Method 1 in the link I gave is very easy to do if yous follow those directions there and cannot in any way "mess up" the estimator. It is a commonly recommended step when people are having difficulties. You get to Safe Mode and then there are no needless things running, only the bare necessities and very often whatever it is that is needed to exist done can easily be done because there is nothing to interfere. In one case whatever it is has been accomplished you merely close down the calculator and then reboot back into normal mode.
